The diaphragm for CNG/LPG conversion kits is especially made from ozone resistant nitrile rubber that is reinforced with nylon perforation in order to enhance the strength. It is further strengthened with a special gasket sheet meant to endure high temperature and oil resistance.

The diaphragm we manufacture differs in shape but in general the thickness varies between 0.20 mm to 0.30 mm reinforced with a 0.10 mm thick Nylon sheet with a breaking strength of 125 kg/sq cm.
