Alok Rubber, founded in 1983,has been producing high precision products from 30 years. We have setup latest production line imported from Italy with latest state of art production systems for fabric reinforced rubber articles. A 10,000 square foot production facility has been specifically designed for elastomeric diaphragms and other high quality reinforced products.

 

Automatic Controlled Vulcanization Process Through PLC Based Hydraulic Systems

 

All presses are designed with PLC based curing systems which are to control the vulcanization process on repeatable basis to produce fabric reinforced rubber diaphragms and other high quality rubber articles. Compression and Transfer moulding processes are installed to ensure dimensional accuracy

 

Fully Automatic Rubber Coating Fabric Plant

 

A latest rubber coating fabric plant imported from Italy has been installed equipped with micro processor controlled with digital nip adjustments. We can coat any kind of fabric like polyester, cotton, nylon, silk, Kevlar etc. with any kind of latest elastomers or rubbers such as NBR(Nitrile), Neoprene, ECO, Viton etc

 

Latest Compounding and Calendering Plant

 

Able to produce with extreme tight tolerances of One ply to Eight plies of fabric reinforcement rubber sheet in any combination of polymers and fabrics. These sheets are used for inhouse production of flat cut diaphragms and other products.
